Fair Trade Demerara
Bitters are an essential component in any proper Old Fashioned, adding complexity and depth. To craft Sunday's Finest Saffron Bitters, we've sourced the most exquisite spices the world has to offer. We then add just enough Fair Trade Demerara Sugar for balance and mouthfeel.
Fair Trade Demerara
Africa
When crafting the ultimate Old Fashioned, achieving a proper balance and mouthfeel is of the utmost importance. It allows the personality of both the bitters and the base spirit to shine. For the best drinking experience we only use unrefined Fair Trade Demerara Sugar.
Saffron
Asia
Highly coveted for its fragrant aroma, Saffron is the world’s most expensive spice. Each pistil is handpicked in Herat, Afghanistan.
Vanilla
Oceania
We use only Grade A Vanilla beans. Plump, fresh and bursting with flavor - there’s no substitute for true Tahitian Vanilla.
Cacao
S. America
Ecuador's climate is perfect for growing cacao. Roasted single origin nibs add complexity, depth and fruitiness.
